Do you have a return policy?

You may return UNUSED items for a refund, or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns by you or the post office.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

What are the rates for shipping?

Great news! Our shipping rate is $5.00 for your entire order. Order as many products you want and just pay $5.00 for priority shipping.

We carefully package and ship all orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) via Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service. Please be sure to give us your correct shipping address as we are not responsible for product loss and inconvenience due to incorrect information. If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please contact us.

What is your business hours?

Located in the shopping district of historic New Harmony, Indiana. Our store hours are:

  • Monday - Tuesday: 10am - 4pm
  • Wednesday: Closed
  • Thursday: 10am - 4pm
  • Friday and Saturday: 10am - 5pm
  • Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
